CLIENT: Terms and Conditions Agreement for FPF Productions
1. Introduction
1.1 This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") governs the provision of media production services by FPF Productions ("Company") to its clients ("Client") for photography, videography, and social media management.
1.2 By engaging the services of the Company, the Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Company will provide the following services to the Client:
- Photography: FPF Productions will capture and deliver high-quality photographs as per the Client's requirements.
- Videography: FPF Productions will create and deliver professional videos as per the Client's specifications.
2.3 The specific details and requirements for each service will be determined through mutual agreement (tier level purchased) between the Company and the Client, either in writing or through a separate agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the photographs, videos, and social media content created by FPF Productions shall remain the exclusive property of the Company, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.2 The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs, videos, and social media content solely for the purposes agreed upon in this Agreement.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 The Client shall remunerate FPF Productions with the agreed-upon fees for the services provided, in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the separate agreement or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.2 In the event of delayed payment, FPF Productions reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services until full payment is received.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 FPF Productions and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the services provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 FPF Productions shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arkansas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arkansas.

1. Introduction
1.1 This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") governs the membership services provided by FPF Productions ("Company") to photographers ("Member") who join FPF Productions as members.
1.2 By becoming a member of FPF Productions, the Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Membership Benefits
2.1 FPF Productions will provide the following benefits to its members:
- Access to FPF Productions' exclusive events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Opportunities to collaborate with other photographers and industry professionals.
- Discounts on FPF Productions' services, products, and merchandise.
- Promotion of Member's work through FPF Productions' online platforms and social media channels.
2.2 The specific details and availability of membership benefits may vary and will be communicated to the Member through FPF Productions' website, email, or other official channels. Membership benefits are contingent on the tier level purchased.
3. Membership Fees
3.1 In consideration for the membership benefits provided, the Member agrees to pay the membership fees as determined by FPF Productions.
3.2 The membership fees may be subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to the Member in advance.
3.3 Membership fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by FPF Productions.
4. Membership Duration
4.1 The membership term shall commence upon payment of the membership fees and shall continue for the duration specified in the membership agreement.
4.2 Membership may be renewed upon expiration, subject to the Member's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
5. Member Obligations
5.1 The Member agrees to:
- Abide by FPF Productions' code of conduct and professionalism in all interactions and collaborations facilitated through the membership.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of other members and third parties.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to FPF Productions for membership registration and profile purposes.
-Take full responsibility and liability if equipment of use belongs to FPF Productions.
-Will not remove equipment belonging to FPF Productions premises without notice and consent.
6. Termination of Membership
6.1 FPF Productions reserves the right to terminate a Member's membership if the Member breaches any terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement or engages in conduct detrimental to FPF Productions or its members.
6.2 The Member may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to FPF Productions. No refunds will be provided for any unused membership period.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 FPF Productions shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the membership or any services, events, or collaborations facilitated by FPF Productions, unless caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arkansas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arkansas.
